Daniel Esty has a book titled Green to Gold: How Smart Companies Use Environmental Strategy to Innovate, Create Value, and Build Competitive Advantage. I saw him on The Colbert Report recently, and while I haven’t read his book, his comments on the show reflected many elements of the Green Liberty worldview.
